UNDER 7,UNDER 9, UNDER 11, UNDER 13 AND UNDER 15 KIDS TOURNAMENT.

Rules and Guidelines for the league

- Maximum of 8 Teams per Categories.

- All home team must have a good training pitch.

- All teams must register maximum of 12 players. And all registration will be done on Easy Tournament App.

- Matches are too be played Weekends.

- Time limits:- 7mins each half and 2 mins for half time break for the Under 7, 10 mins each half and 2 mins for half time break for the Under 9, 12 mins each half and 2 mins for half time break for the Under 12, 15 mins each half and 3 mins for half time break for the Under 13 and Under 15 will play 17 mins each half and 3 minutes break.

- Scheduled matches will be played on Saturday's and Sunday's .

- The league will be administer by a team of League Organizers. Atleast one member from the LOC will be present at various match venues and will work with the Referees to conduct the matches.

- All the teams will play home and away games against each other, International rules and

regulations of the league will be applied.

- Ranking criteria for league are as follows:

1. Points (More Points)

2. Victory (More Victory)

3. Goal Difference

4. Goal (More Goals)

5. Goals Against

6. Direct confrontation

- All participating players should also be given the rules and guidelines by their team management.

- Very Important: Walk Over Proceedings- Teams are to arrive at match venue atleast 1hr before

kick off time and ensure their players are properly kitted atleast 45mins before kick off for revalidation of registration and jersey inspection. This is to ensure there is enough time for warm up and pre match talks. Please note that it is not the responsibility of the LOC to call teams to pitch entrances for start of kick off.

Scheduled teams are to be ready at the pitch entrance for final (second) verification and inspection ATLEAST 10mins before kick off time.

- If both teams do not meet the requirement of numbers of players for kick-off of a scheduled match 10mins into scheduled kick off time, they will both be fined N2,000 each per 5mins delay until after which the match is ended and both teams issued a fine of 10,000 each and no points awarded. The walk over proceeding above will only commence after the first team is verified and ready within the 20mins earmarked.

-Teams unable to attend scheduled matches are to provide verifiable notice that their reason for absence are related to NFF commitment atleast 3 days ahead of scheduled kick off if they are unable to attend a match. If a match is to be reschedule after the appropriate notice has been provided, a midweek rescheduling with the opposing team will be arranged along with LOC.

- All teams should kindly ensure that players are consistent with the jersey number they use throughout the league season to avoid any mix up of identity or penalties. This means each team that registers 12 players needs to have 12 jerseys for home and 12 jerseys for Away. Any player found to be using another players jersey number is liable to a fine or penalty of N5000

- Fielding of an unregistered player when discovered by the LOC attracts a penalty of 3 points deduction and fine of 10,000 naira with such player able to carry on playing in the league.

- Only registered participants (Including medical personnel) would be allowed onto the pitch and

technical area to avoid the pitch being rowdy.

- Teams should provide their team colours/jersey colours to ensure there are no clash of kits and for alternatives to be arranged where necessary.

- Please remember that home teams carry priority for Kit and socks colour and all players should endeavor that they have uniform type of socks (if one person uses cut socks everyone has to have cut socks). GoalKeepers should also be wearing a different colour Jersey and Socks from everyone else.

- Subs should be wearing their bibs at all times.

- Yellow card fines cost N500 and Red card fines cost N1,000 and N2000 Yellow card for Coach and N5, 000 all payable before the team's next fixtures. A player that is sent off via 2 yellow cards will miss one game but one that is issued a straight red will miss out 2 games. Please not that card offence will be strictly administered and the game will not commence until fines have been settled. Any delay associated with payment of any fines will be treated in line with the Walk over proceedings.

- Please recall that this is strictly a development league and there will be a zero tolerance to fighting and violence conduct. Teams investigated and found to be engaged or instigating or starting violent conduct against other clubs and (or) officials will be expelled from the league. We should all avoid the use of vulgar and insultive languages that can instigate anarchy.

- If a team exits or is disqualified from the league, all matches/points relating to that team and other teams are annulled or neutralized and the LOC will endeavor to get a replacement team to ensure that the league carries on with the 3 matches a week.
