1.All teams must register by 25th November and confirm payment by 27th November.

2.A virtual meeting will be held to discuss all tournament-related matters.

3.Each team will have 6 players and 4 substitutes. All players must be Bangladeshi citizens.

4.Players’ full names and close-up photos with jersey numbers must be sent to the committee by 30th November.

5.Each team must have their own jerseys and artificial turf shoes (steel spikes are not allowed).

6. Unlimited substitutions will be allowed in each match. The same player can be substituted multiple times.

7.Match duration: First half 20 minutes, break 10 minutes, second half 20 minutes, total 50 minutes.

8.Goalkeepers cannot use hands on back passes but may handle normal out passes.

9.The referee’s decision is final. Only team captains may speak regarding any issues on the field.

10.Teams must arrive 10 minutes before the match. If late, the team plays with one less player for the first 5 minutes.

11.Man of the Match award will be given in every game.

12.At the end of the tournament, awards will be given for Top Scorer, Man of the Tournament, and Best Goalkeeper.

13.The main referee may disallow a goal in case of clear offside. No objections will be accepted.

14.Opponents must stay outside the yellow line during goal kicks or goalkeeper volley kicks.

15.Throw-ins must be taken with the foot (Kick-in).

16.Corner kicks are allowed.

17.Goalkeepers must wear gloves and manage them on their own.

18.Sliding tackles are prohibited.

19.Goalkeepers cannot hold the ball in hand for more than 8 seconds. Violations will result in a warning or penalty.

20.Play continues until the referee blows the whistle.

21.After a goal, the game restarts from the center line, with opponents outside the yellow mark.

22.Players may strike the ball on the second touch from the center.

23.Direct red card results in the player missing the current and next match. No replacement allowed.

24. Points system: Win 3, Draw 1, Loss 0.

25. Qualification criteria (group stage): 1) Goal difference, 2) Head-to-head, 3) TB (5), 4) Semifinal & final decided by penalty shootout.

26. Referee and tournament committee decisions are final.

27. Respect field facilities, cleanliness, and equipment. Damages will be the responsibility of the team. Smoking is prohibited inside the ground.
